Duties and responsibilities:

Responsible for generating budgeted fundraising revenue for IFB Solutions Little Rock facility from a variety of sources and through various means: face-to-face solicitations, mailers, social media donor outreach, and special events.

Generates development and marketing/awareness strategies in alignment with 5-Year Strategic Plan and annual strategic plans. Execution of those strategies should generate community awareness and donor acquisition and stewardship.

Creates all necessary solicitation and marketing materials in coordination with the marketing team to ensure current donor stewardship and new donor generation in alignment with corporate brand standards and communication guidelines; generates content appropriate for social media strategies; coordinates social media execution plans.

Maintains accurate database of individual, corporate and in-kind donors/potential donors, leads location specific reconciling with accounting and donor follow-up.

Leads the planning and execution of all awareness and fundraising events within the Arkansas market.

Builds professional media relations, leads the execution of location specific annual and long-term marketing plan and creates content for various media channels in coordination with the marketing department. 

Serves as Little Rock Facility spokesperson; supports the media training of employees including leadership in speaking on behalf of our mission and its operations specifically in Little Rock market.

Manages event committees and their work in coordination with Development, Marketing, and Operations.

Conducts facility tours and has direct involvement in community professional and social groups as a representative of our organization.

Knowledge and skills:

Excellent organization and project management skills

Experience with events planning and management

Media relations, public speaking, social media marketing

Strong decision maker with high maturity level

Ability to work effectively with various personalities and backgrounds

Ability to maintain confidential information

Working knowledge of donor management databases, such as Raiser's Edge, preferred

Knowledge of design software

Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills

Education and work experience:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management or Marketing

At least 5 years of related experience or combination of education, experience and training.
